We provide leadership development and executive coaching while building a global community of women leaders working toward a more just and equitable world.

We partner with social impact organizations and foundations to bring coaching and transformational leadership training to their teams or fellowship programs.

Our support continues beyond the core program through ongoing coaching for graduates and through the Apex Collective, a dedicated offering for women in senior leadership positions in social impact seeking both high-level coaching and a meaningful peer community.

Our Why
Our Why
The world is facing complex social and environmental challenges that current approaches are not solving fast enough. At the same time, women make up nearly half of the global population yet remain significantly underrepresented at decision-making tables.

We see this gap every day in the social impact sector. Women are driving much of this work, yet often lack access to the leadership development, support, funding, and networks that would allow their leadership to fully take hold. Many are navigating high levels of stress and burnout while carrying responsibility for issues that matter deeply to their communities.

I have loved the strong support system I have made through the Empowered Leader Program. I have learned more about myself and my career goals, as well as my leadership potential. My professional coach helped push me to challenge myself, and it has led to me starting a new position that better aligns with my long term career goals in environmental policy. I don't know if I would have applied to this new position without being in this program."
