Women are at the frontlines of the world's most urgent social and environmental challenges, yet they remain sidelined from positions of power. Leadership development is chronically underfunded across the social impact sector. This leaves women change-makers without consistent access to the tools, training, and support they need to drive the change they are uniquely positioned to lead.

We operate on a clear premise: The world needs women's perspectives and leadership skills shaping the solutions to today's social and environmental issues. We are working to ensure that women are in leadership positions deciding how to tackle the key challenges facing humanity and how resources are allocated to solve them. Research shows when women lead, outcomes improve in virtually every aspect of society.

At the heart of our work is a deep investment in each woman who joins our programs. Each woman receives one-on-one executive coaching with a professional, certified coach. With a coach by her side, she builds self-confidence, shifts limiting beliefs, and strengthens her capacity to make effective decisions.
We combine this with peer group support and Leader Labs, experiential workshops that teach leadership from the inside out and advance a more collaborative, co-creative model of leadership.
Through these experiences each woman clarifies who she is as a leader. This integrated approach helps women recognize and fully use their strengths and lead in alignment with their purpose and values.
As women build confidence and vision, they bring those strengths back to their organizations and communities, substantially expanding their impact.
